Refund Policy

Malulani Surey does not offer Refunds or Exchanges on personal Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty Products or Bath Teas. All sales on the aforementioned items are final. Candles may be returned, for EXCHANGE ONLY, unused and in its original condition and packaging, in exchange for a different scent. 

Apparel may be returned for, EXCHANGE ONLY, unused/ unworn, in exchange for a different color or size. 

Requests for exchanges must be made, within 10 days of ORDERING your item(s), by emailing your request, order number (proof of purchase) to MalulaniSurey@gmail.com 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will ship you your exchange item at an additional postal fee. 

*Any exchange request made AFTER the 10 days will not be honored. 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items or products once your item has been shipped and is out of our hands. Should you receive a damaged or broken item or if your item is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier entity whom the item was in transit with. Example: USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL. 

However, we at Malulani Surey absolutely want to hear if our customers are receiving broken items, so please email us should this occur. Please double check the shipping address is correct on your order. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the incorrect address. 

We ship to the address attached to the order provided by the customer. 

Defective Items

Any items that are defective when used, example: pump does not work on a pump bottle, candle wick will not stay lit, material defect on apparel or any other defect of a product or its container, please email us, within 3 days of receiving your product, at MalulaniSurey@gmail.com with your name and order number to return your defective item and receive a replacement at NO additional charge 

Legal Notice

All notices from Malulani Surey to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Malulani Surey shall be made by e-mail. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Malulani Surey five (5) days after the date sent.
